At Home
In my family, they like to tease me a lot because I am the youngest & also very short-tempered. Sometimes, I become despondent & angry. We always fought about silly things like food, taking turns in using the computer & a lot more ridiculous reasons. When I was young, I would often hold grudges against my siblings because of their cruel jokes & pranks but there are times when they show their love & concern for me & I appreciate it very much ,like times where I needed help with my homework or projects, they were always there for me.
Even though they make me mad sometimes, I know that they care for me & love me, I know that someday when I'm in trouble they would come & reach out their hands for me & help me stand up & continue on with my journey......

This is a good way to start this activity, but I just hope at the end it will be your realization and actions maybe.
